What cluster size is best for FAT32
What cluster size is best for FAT32 i have just recoverted back from ntfs and dont know what cluster size it was before

Hi jaxson,
It really depends on your usage. I have my drives split into mulitiple logical drives (partitions) to suit my needs. For example: My logical drives that store my: digital photos, letters, emails and other "small" items are all 4K clusters as the files are all under 4K or at least relatively small. I also keep my OS drive ('C') and my internet cache and temp directories in the 4K size. My video editing drive has 32K clusters as all files are larger than 32K. And other drives are arranged accordingly. Use HAL's post as a guide to figure out what partition size you want to make them the cluster size you want.
