Angry Language bar shortcut keys

I have installed the US standard english keyboard layout, as well as dvorak and traditional spanish. I set the shortcut keys, using left alt + shift to switch language, and left alt + shif + 1-3 to select the specific setting. However, after restarting, none of these shortcuts keys to a single thing. I seem to recall once that I got it to work using a different key combination than the one it was set at, but I haven't been able to get it to work this time around.

Any ideas?

Have U checked individual setting by clicking "Langauge Selection Bar"/"Setting" to check the short cut key setting?

It appears to me that U may try "Ctr"+"Space".

Yes, I have checked the settings, and "ctr"+"space" unfortunately doesn't work either.
