98 log on screen

Hi, I have just reinstalled windows 98 for my riend and we keep getting the windows log screen, Ive had this in the past but I can't remeber how to get rid of it, please help

open up the control panels >double click on the control panel called Network.>In the network control panel change the primary network logon to Windows Logon.>

Remove Passwords:
Go to C:\Windows
Delete all .pwl files

Go to Run > Sysedit
Open system.ini
Delete all lines under
[Password Lists]
Close and Save changes

Ya,after you deleted all pwl files,next time you restart,it will show a logon screen again. Type in a name,which will be your pc name, and dont type any password. just press enter.

no more logs
