Pages wont Refresh on their own in IE?
I constantly seem to have to refresh the page to get the latest info on EVERY page i go to, and its very annoying and is causing problems with pages with frames ect.. -- How do I fix this?
Very frustrated  (

Have you set IE to look for new pages upon every visit?
Internet Options> General > Settings > every visit to the page. Also try deleting your IE temp files
