Retrieveing sent e-mail's

I have two question's, the first one is do's it harm a computer to do a DISC CLEANUP everyday ? what's your advise. The seond question is, I'm using OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6 is there a way of retrieving sent e-mail's. In AOL if you send a e-mail you can retrieve it if it hasn't been read, can I do the same with OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6. And if so can you tell me how, thanks so much for your help.

Send a message via MSN to doctorgonzo
There shouldn't be any harm in doing a disk cleanup every day, but every other day or once a week would probably suffice.

Using a POP3 account, once you send an e-mail there is no getting it back. Only on internal e-mail networks (like corporate e-mail systems, or AOL apparantly) can you retrieve e-mails after they have been sent. If you are sending them outside the immediate network, once it has left the gateway it is gone.
