Find modem,sound,video drivers on HDD?

I am trying to locate and copy the drivers for sound card, video,
modem, printer etc before formatting a HDD. Where can I find them ? How can I identify them correctly?
Thanks !!

Try this www.jermar.com .They have a fr4ee utility called windrivers backup, that will read your system and show you a list of all your drivers, from there you can save them to a folder for future backups or burn them to a disk for future reference.

Thanks Eldon- a good, simple, and effective program that does the job without any BS. Ran into some grief with the HDD I was working on but will remember it for next time.
Cheers,
Chris.
