I'm running win98SE.
Is there a way to schedule an action to close a program? Is there a way to schedule an action to shut down the computer?

1. "If" the program already has a command to shutdown you could do it. Some programs you can for example type the programname.exe /q to get to quit.
2. Create a batch file with this line in it: C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE user.exe, exitwindows Add a task to call up the batch file. |

EzyStvy's shortcut to rundll32.exe WILL shutdown the computer (if it's ATX).
