The best way would be to use FDISK and reformat. That would get rid of NTFS so you can put on FAT32 for a fresh install of win98.

You are saying that you want to wipe one out and put 98 on it, correct?

Cool

Boot with a WIN98 boot disk in drive A. At A prompt you can enter "fdisk" without quotes to look at partitions and such or simply enter format C: /s

Note: This will wipe drive clean and you will have to reload everything. OS and Apps.

Wink taken care of

After calling microsoft and telling them my problem about activating WIN XP.I finally got another activation number. You can only run XP on one computer even if you have two computers in your house.I called them a bunch of times played phone tag for about 30 minutes, finally got through to someone who gave me another number.I used my old number off of my xp upgrade and not the full version of xp.Works fine now no more prompts to activate it now .Thanks for all your help.
