Can't copy files to floppy in DOS

This just sux!!!

In Windows 98 the floppy works fine, but when I use an app in DOS (ex: stock app) and I click at the backup button the app start to copy to floppy but appears erros like the disk doesn't exists.

and the floppy don't have bad sectors i try with a new one.

PLEASE HELP!

let me make sure I understand your problem:
what you're saying is that your floppy works under Windows,
but in DOS you get an error message when you try to copy to the floppy. I don't understand where the "backup button" is....
and are you sure what you are trying to copy is not over 1.44mb?
Also, I think it would help if you reported exactly what the error message says...

I solve the problem, its seems like there was no sufficient memory for the program (DOS one) to make the backup in to floppy, after I install and run probably the QEMM 8.0 the problem just disappear.

The windows (I ran the app using DOS prompt) could send me a msg about lack of memory or something like that instead just appear the blue screen saying that windows could not write to floppy because of bad sectors
