Question network connection

I have a workgroup set up with to winxp's and one win 2000 pro. Everything was working great all the shared folders and all. Now all of a sudden the win 2000 computer cannot see one of the win xp stations. There is a drive mapped to one of the folders on the win xp station and now it is saying Microsoft network: the network path cannot be found.

Then if I look under my network places it cannot see tha xp computer. I can ping it though. I tried to reboot but after login when it goes to restore the network drive it says An error occurred whule reconnecting E:\ to \\ben\script assist which is the folder that it is mapped to.

Another error says workgroup is not accessible under network places and one last says The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available. As far as I know nothing has changed. Please I can use someones help.

TY
