What is this?

I'm putting together another computer for someone and installed WinXP Home. Normally I just get the WinXP Home CD from Newegg, but this time I got the WinXP Home CD and this other CD came too. It's called the MS WinXP OEM Preinstallation Kit...anyone know what this is?

I used the WinXP Home CD to do a normal OS installation and everything went fine...just wondering what that other CD was.

Thanks.

I think the preinstallation kit is a kit for companies like Gateway2000, Compaq, to load up the software for the OS, but still make the user have to install the OS and agree to the license agreement, etc.
