Limiting Access for accounts on XP

I know that this is possible, i just don't know how.

I have one admin account that has access to all.

I made an account called 'stranger' which I don't want to have access to various programs such as Internet Explorer and Games and such.

How would I go about doing this?

im not 100% certain but i know there is an actual 'guest' account you can create. look into that and i HTH...

you can also limit a lot options by running gpedit.msc at run...
