Windows XP problem

I just installed Win XP on my new build and every once in a while when I open Windows Explorer (not IE), I get one of theose bug report screens, that allows you to send the bug report to Microsoft. Why is it doing this? Is it just a bug that can be fixed with the latest service pack?

Thanks

Send a message via Yahoo to Iman74
Try loading the latest Service Pack and all it's patches.

Then go to Start > Run > and type in: services.msc
Find "Error reporting", and right click it, select properties.
Stop the service, and then set it to Manual (or disabled).
Click OK, close.
Now you'll never get bugged to send another silly report to MS.
