Computer starts automatically

In Windows 98 there was a way in "Setup" to set a time for the computer to automatically power on at a certain time each day.

Is that same feature available somewhere in Windows XP Professional, and if so, where can I find it?

Thanks.

It would have to be in the BIOS for that to work as windows is not even running when the PC is off.. Look in your BIOS on the power settings page to see if yours is capable of such a feat.. i use to use any key on the keyboard to power on mine but turned it off...

Yes, it is in the Bios in Windows 98. And I have looked there, but it's either not there, or I am not seeing it.

The Bios has not to do with win98, it's the little thing that says press F1, F2, or DEL to enter setup, right immediately when you turn your PC on after the memory count. That is where you find power settings, like power up on keyboard, wake on LAN, and perhaps the one U seek...
