Identified Page Fault - Blue Screen

My Dad is having problems with his PC when using Microsoft Outlook, seems to happen when closing emails which he has opened and printed, it then comes up with the blue screen stating that it has identified a page fault?

Is there any updates that can be downloaded to solve this, and what is actually happening?

cheers

. . . and yet more repair links:

Rather a grab bag of cases. If none of jmatt's or my links help: what version of Windows & which Outlook? - and if you can post the exact message, that'd be good too. Hopefully the Outlook repair will do it.
