CRASH Blue Screen Of Death!

Hi all,

I got a blue screen of death today and i cant get rid of it. i cant even boot into safe mode. My HDD keeps clicking. What do you think could be the problem? I tried repairing with Winxp disk but it only reads my D:\ partition, not the C:\ partiion )where the blue screen is). Help is appreciated!

Oh, i installed a program with an iffy key (hey, i lost it). Is that the problem maybe?

you say your HD is clicking but the D:/ is working? is the D on a seperate physical drive or just a seperate partition...Im tempted to say HD prob simply cause you mentioned the clicking, but there is probably someone more informed here then me that can help you better
