How to make boot disk with Win2K ?
How in the world do I create a bootable disk in WIn2k?
I need have the system files on a floppy to flash another machine's bios.

Any boot disk should work for you there cause you don't even need it to see the harddrive or anything, so pretty much anything that boots you to A:\> should work...

Win2000 has ERD disk that you can make (Emergency Repair Disk), which is more than you need for simple boot disk to flash bios. To make ERD its Programs>Accesories>SystemTools>Backup and ther you'll see the box for Emergency Repair Disk.
