How to block access to certain websites?

I want to make my internet explorer not allow access to certain website, however I do not wish to download any additional software that will filter anything, I just want to block specific websites from being viewed. How do I do that?

InternetOptions>Content TAB.... Eanble the content advisor which will make you choose a password,,, Don't forget it.... Once in there, that is where you can block or give permissions for sites. I have my kids PC set up that way and have blocked *.aol.com...
