When isntalling lots of programs, the folders will be displayed at the bottom of the start menu. So like usual, I want to sort it by name, Everytime I right click, the dialog box pop's up but for less than a second-or as fast as the blink of the eye. I have tried to click everywhere at the programs, but its the same. Help

Make sure Dragging and Dropping is enabled in the Classic Start menu properties.

Go to menu properties, go to customize for Start Menu (one above Classic Start Menu), look to the Advanced tab. There should be a setting in the Start Menu Items tab for Enable Dragging and Dropping, make sure its ticked too.
