Format C:/s Advantage/Disadvantage with Win2000 Pro

Is there any advantage or disadvantage to running
Format C:/s for Win2000 Pro using fat 32. I may want to install Win98se on another partition so I want to keep file compatibility using Fat 32.

If you want to have access to your windows 2000 files in windows 98 then using FAT 32 with win2k is the right thing to do. If you want to have access to your win98 files in win2k but NOT vice versa, I would go with NTFS. HTH
