WIN 2K Server HELP!!!!!

Guy's i need help!!!!!! My Windows 2K Server Wount boot up!!!! it will load up to the point where it says Network connections, and wount let me goto the Log in screen!!! i can get i via Safe mode, but not via normal boot up!!!! help!!!!! any suggestions out there.... as its doing me headin!!!!!! and i have lots of work stored on my server that i would like to get off the machine!!!!

I would try to enter safe mode and choose last known good configuration. If that doesn't help then try safe mode--then device manager and uninstall the network device and protocols.

Or if Safe Mode doesn't work... you can perform a parallel install. This involves running the setup but installing it into a different directory. That will at least give you access to your data... enough to perhaps back it up to another machine and then play with resolving the reason why it crapped out in the first place.

Cheers Guy's got into Safe Mode Un-installed The NIC and Protacols, restarted same thing happened! so i went to safe mode and disabled DHCP! cos i event view it wos giving lots of reported eroors and messages, so i restarted Server and i could log on. Looked like me DHCP server scope woz wrong for some reason and wouldn't let me in, so i have recreated the DHCP scope with out any problems so far. It woz very Strange that it all of a sudden happened.
