Error Messages
everytime I get an error message such as cannot delete because item is in use, cannot rename, there's already a file with that name, ect. the message that pop-ups goes away very fast. can this be fixed?

deleting an in use file, renaming a file that is already taken, and if I'm formatting a disk that has bad sectors or something. basically errors like this:

wow does no one else have this problem?
I found it also happens when trying to open the IE Done, but with errors icon. |
