SymEvent

I had a couple of crashes a few days ago. The microsoft Online Crash Analysis determined that it was caused by a SymEvent. There is no way to E Mail Norton to get info and I'm not going to give them 30 dollars if I can help it. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Symantec has free online email support. Just used it a couple of minutes ago. They have a nice online KB, and if you do email them, they usually get back in 2 - 3 days.

Go here:

http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/

and click on Home / Small Business link to get started.

PS: have you run LiveUpdate to see if there are any patches / updates availible??
