How to off annoying wmp9 startup
wehenever I start wmp9- it downloads content off the internet. I do not want this automatic download. I have tried working offline in i-but then IE gets turn offline also. How to overcome this. Sometimes the loads are slow.

Start WMP > TOOLS > OPTIONS
In the player tab: Change the check for updates to Once a month and Uncheck the option for 'Start player in Media Guide' and uncheck 'Connect to the Internet' |
