Win2K SP4 Beta

I just installed win2k sp4 beta build 4.68. Everything seems normal with no problems; all programs working acceptably. I ran futuremark 3DMark03 and the score went up by approximately 250 points. I am leaving on a three day trip in the morning so I will not get to experiment for a few days.

Didn't realise SP4 was out, thanks for the info anyway. I'm ready to guess you're just one of the lucky ones

Please let us know when you have played around with it a bit more, was it easy enough to install etc? How about removal procedures?

Jim

Just got back from work; still running fine with no problems. It does give the option to uninstall the sp. This is the second beta of sp4, I did not install the first one.

Any ideas when it will be out for real?

Have you noticed anything strange (like new users being added under the name of Billy?)

I do not know when the sp will be released for general download. This is the second RC and it was posted in late May so I am guessing late July or August. As to problems; nothing whatsoever yet, just the benchmark scores going up a little.
