Someone told me that the problem might be because we are trying to use the wrong driver. Could this be the problem? The driver that we are trying to use match the fcc id number and the model number. Please help>

Is this a network business machine? If so, it may be that you have admin rights for the workstation for software installs and the like and still not have privileges for hardware changes. The company I work for must "Push" any drivers to the remote workstations. Just the way they set up the network administration. If this is the case, contact your IT dept and they should be able to assist.

Check if the ADMIN acct was removed from the list in the LOCAL SECURITY SETTINGS /Load and Unload Device Driver option.

Thanks for the help. We remote connected to the server and then it let us install the video driver. Dont understand why it wouldn't let us install the driver local but its working now. Thanks for the help.
