Exclamation Blue Screen...Possible RAM issue

Currently I am running a 1.0 Ghz laptop, 256 RAM, Windows 2000 Professional. I have currently just re-installed windows, updated all dirvers, and have been experiencing a blue screen that will flash on my screen, and follow to reboot my system very spiratically..

Physical Memory Dump
(Followed by hex number)

I am making the assumption that this could be my RAM. Unfortunately my RAM is in two slots, 2 128 cards and one is accessable while the other is not. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
