Angry Fire Win NT Windows Installer Problems
I am running Win NT w/ SP-6 and IE 6.0. I am trying to install Office 00 and I get this error.

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

I tried to install the Windows Installer 2.0 d/l from the web, but it says that service is already installed. Any help?
