Pissed tcp ip problem

I have a network with around 30 pc and 10 mac. I am using windows 2000 server. I keep getting an error that I have duplicated names on my tcp network... And it is just about all my pc's that are giving me this problem... I have checked and all IP address are different. Anyone got Ideas what I need to check for to stop this damn problem. I run both static and DCHP IP address. and I have checked my IP range to see for any dup. and I don't have any. Event ID 4319

Question None are same

None of PC's are named the same. I did name my office pc's by IP address. example... "192.168.1.154" is know as "PC154" would this have any reason for the problem

Are you sure you haven't assigned any static IP's that are within your defined DHCP scope?
