buddhad Member (6 bit) Join Date: Mar 2002 Posts: 45	crash Recently, when I try to install or uninstall a program my monitor will go blank and the computer hangs. The programs are generally from Windows Update or other Microsoft Programs. This will only happen on the first attempt. After rebooting the PC I can just run the install again and everything works fine. I am running Win XP Pro. Any ideas on what may be causing this?
