Any number of things can cause that error.
The cause of your error message may be a corrupted device driver for the SoundBlaster Live Value audio card (from Creative Labs) is installed on your system. This can also occur if the Ctljystk.sys, version 5.1.2501.0, joystick driver is corrupted. Much more on THAT specific error here: http://www.jsifaq.com/SUBM/tip6100/rh6152.htm MS article on it: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=330182 |

It can also be caused by having the bios virus protection enabled.

Did you read any of the other articles I posted?
Did you check to see if anti-virus is turned off in BIOS? |
