Many will say WinME is problematic, but I have had no problems on my kids PC which is really the gaming machine here in my house. It really comes down to a better vid card and the latest drivers and directX version, and also amount of RAM in the system will make more difference than if U compare W98 to WME. If U compare identical systems hardware wise with 98 or ME I do think U will see more votes for W98 though..

XP works for me, but between ME and 98SE, in my experiences, 98SE has proven to be more stable for me...
Hope That Helps...

I never had a problem with WinME and it's still running 24/7 on one of my systems until I upgrade my video card... then it will get XP.

98SE. XP if you can run it. From what I've seen, ME is too buggy.

BTW, XP would be best for gaming as you can change the compatibility of the progs if they do not work....
Hope That Helps
