XP and Backup

I use XP Pro. I do use Winbackup to backup all my data to a seperate PC.

But I am currently enrolled with the University of Phoenix, and as a precaution, I repeadetly backup up my papers to my Trek Thumbdrive. Doing this it's a simple copy and paste. But I had an idea; is there something in XP that I do not know about, when configured properly, can just backup the folder(s) of my choice to the location of my choice, which in this case would be the thumbdrive?

If U go thru myComputer and right click the harddrive your data is on, then properties from the pop-up menu, then the tools tab, then the backup selection will start the backup wizard where you can do what U are looking to do...

Don't know, but I will see.

Thanks.

Just did a successful backup. Cool, thanks. The only that sucks is that me and my wife paid $30 bucks for an app to do what this thing can do. Oh well, live and learn. Thanks again.
