Right now I'm in Safe Mode. Not good.
I just got XP Pro and I pop in the CD while running Windows 2000 Pro. I click Upgrade and it copies some files and then reboots. It does the whole shebang and reboots, and then finishes up installing. It reboots again, and after Windows loads.. instant BSOD. It says that Windows got a serious error and shut down to prevent damage. I really don't want to format my comptar. (Think of the pr0n! )

Just did a clean install and formatted everything.
I've got a question though.. how do I format a partition in FAT32? I did "format d:" at the prompt in DOS (98SE boot disk) and I still can't use it and says it's not formatted. |

Use disk management to format your volume.
