Click on "Bootdisk" from that window and choose WIN98 OEM or WIN98 SE OEM.
If you have a WIN98 PC, open Control Panel, open Add/Remove programs, choose Startup Disk tab and click Create Disk. C has

go to bootdisk.com
click on DOS - Windows 9X/Me/NT/2K/XP Excellent Bootdisks if your operating system is 98, click on "Windows 98 OEM" if your operating system is 98SE, click on "Windows 98SE OEM" Save the file to your hard drive, then open it and it will ask you to insert the disk to write. Insert disk, and it will tell you when it's done. |
