TweakUI is a piece of ****

Ok i got tweakui since everyone said it was so cool, and had it repair icons. Well i noticed that now they look like they are from windows 95. Before i ran at 16 bit color, and now i have to run 32 bit to have them look normal. What the heck can i do? I have win xp.
