I am using a Dell laptop and Windows XP. I have Outlook Express installed, and it was working great with one identity.
I am using a Bell South DSL cable connection to the laptop. When I tried to add another identity, I found that I could not receive e-mail (to my laptop / Outlook) for that other identity !!! I am all set-up with Bell South for all of my e-mail addresses. That is, on my desktop I can receive e-mails with five identities added to the Outlook program. (My desktop uses Win 98SE.) Can anyone guide me through this set-up ??? All I want to do is to be able to receive e-mail on only two identities (two different e-mail addresses). Thank you. Please help. |

You should just be able to create the identity, log onto the new identity and setup the account. Give us more info on what you have done.
