explorer.exe has generated errors

I'm on a work computer, its a PII 450, 320mb RAM, running Win2k pro. Keep getting the error message "explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log has been generated." I get this everytime I try to get into My Computer, My Documents, Network Neighborhood, or any other folder on the desktop. I ran AVG and found a Trojan Ist and it was cleaned, also ran Adware 6.0, and found some 71 items, all of which I cleaned. The problem still exists. Microsoft support said it had something to do with cleansweep (Microsoft Knowledge Base 255758), but there are no references to cleansweep ever being installed on this computer. If anyone can help, please let me know, also if anyone knows where this error log is at that might help. Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, I found that someone tried a partial install of Explorer 6. I just did the install from the update page and it seemed to fix this problem. Thanks anyway.
