Delete Fonts

IM using 98fe and i have heard that you can delete some of the fonts so that the computer can boot faster. if thats true which ones can i safely delete

I'm pretty sure you would only notice a difference if you had a lot of fonts installed. If you havn't added any new fonts, don't delete any of the default Windows fonts.

MSWord, on iinstall will, warn you if you have more than 500 fonts onboard. This is some sort of limit that starts to slow word processing programs down...but I've never heard of it slowing boot time.

I'v heard that it can slow boot time and while the pc is on how true this is I don't know BUT deleteing fonts even if there arent windows might mess programs up too like Frontpage , MS word , MS works and a host of other that might install fonts in the font folder
