slipstreaming WinNT SP6a
Hi,
I'd like to create a CD with WinNT4 with integrated SP6a, but it doesn't work the way it does with slipstreaming Win2K or WinXP. Have searched the web but haven't found about NT, the only guides were about 2K and XP. Does anyone know how to slipstream NT4 and SP6a ? RJ

I do not think you can do that, NT does not support slipstreaming. With NT you must reapply the SP when you change hardware etc.

I know with nt4 you must reapply the sp when you change hardware, so I do not think you will be able to slipstream the sp. Everything I have seen says no, slipstreaming is not possible with nt4.
Best bet would be to creat an image after you have installed the sp. Burn it to a cd and just restore when you need to reinstall. |
