smokin RPC Server unavailable error

Hi all - Hoping someone could help here - I have 2 remote systems (Win 2K) that generate Netlogon event errors (ID - 5722) on a Win NT PDC. By reading the event data I can see that both systems have invalid account passwords. When I tried to run NETDOM utility I received the error "RPC Server is unavailable". I ran NET START RPCSS, but it was already started and running fine. I tried running a query on other systems in the domain with the NETDOM utility and they show up fine. Whenever I run the same query on the two systems I get the RPC server error. I can ping the two systems just fine, but I can't seem to reset the secure channel. I was going to run NLTEST but it doesn't seem like there's an option to run it from the server to reset the remote pc. Am I wrong? Unfortunately the 2 remote pc's are on the other side of the country, and I don't trust the users to run utility's which interact with the network. Can someone help?

Thanks in advance!
