Settings were "lost"

My computer crashed because of the 1mhz increase in FSB (motherboard is not o/c friendly in the slightest bit). When it rebooted, it gave me a logon screen, something that never showed up before since I had turned it off. My settings were gone, since I have my GUI look like Mac OS X. Outlook Express wanted me to set up a new account, and IE had none of my favorites.

This is because it logged on to Administrator and not the account it was set to before, which is Quang. I recovered my Favorites, but I'm pretty peeved because I had to set up everything again. I haven't set up everything, just the programs I use the most.

How the hell can I get the computer to stop using Administrator and start using Quang? When it gets to the Logon Screen it only shows Admin. When I look at the Users thinger, it only shows Admin.

Have you tried restoring the computer back to a time before the crash?

System Restore is the working force behind this, I'm guessing..
