Shut down screen displayed

Hi.

I have just upgraded my mobo and cpu, I used the Enum trick and that worked fine.

But now when i shutdown, windows 98 just goes to the 'it is safe to turn off your pc' Screen and dosnt turn off the pc.

I'm sure i have come across this before, but i cant remember how to sort it.!!

Any help.??

Go into the bios and check the power management settings, if I remember right when they are disabled it will do that.
