Question GLSetup

I have a Ati 9600 Pro 128 Mb graphics card. I have installed all the drivers that came with the card, but I still don't have Glsetup and therefore can't play a couple of games. I cant find any website that lets me download it. I have WinXP as my OS. Can anyone please help me?!!!!
