XP and Quick Launch?
I'm helping my father streamline his new PC that runs Windows XP. My PC runs Win98, so XP is new to me. I can not find any functionality in XP that is equivalent to the "quick launch" that I have on Win98. Does XP not support this?

Right click on the taskbar > properties and select show quick launch.
