Install Problem in XP

I've got a relative that's trying to install a game - RCT2 and he gets this error:

TH5 INSTRUCTION
AT 0X 771C741A
REFERENCED MEMORY
AT 0X00169AAO
THIS MEMORY COULDNT
BE READ

I'm wondering if this is a WinXP error notice or it's something the game is telling him. Also in any event, what does it signify?

He's running XP Home and it installs fine in another XP Home setup.

TIA
