avi to dvd
using Cucusoft conversion program. it took 8 hours for it to convert avi to dvd. Well the file extension reads .mpg. When I went to play the newly converted movie it was upside down on the screen(the whole movie) does anyone know what happen or how to correct this.

Dunno about the cucusoft program, but TMPGEnc encodes with very high quality. It is slow, though, so you probably need to encode it overnight.
Anyway, try to encode a couple of minutes with TMPGEnc and check if the problem still occurs. RJ
