Blue screening during NT SP update

After bluescreening during a NT SP update i have been trying to get a HDD to boot.

I managed to get an image on another drive and copy a couple of file over to get the machine to boot. However it wasnt very stable so i decided to install the sp again. This seemed to work okay till i tried to boot and the machine came up with a checksum error on rpcrt4.dll which wasnt solved by using checkdisk or copying the file over. So currently i am doing an image of the drive in preperation of using an erd disk

Any thing else i can try on it?
