Question how do install a cdrom driver in the recovery console so I can use my cdrom in setup?

My cdrom will work when Im in the recovery console, but when I resume setup, the cdrom is not detected and setup cant copy the files needed! How can I get a driver installed so I can get my cdrom working in setup so files can be copied?
I am trying to repair an installation of windows 2000.
Thanks,
Bigron

you do not need any drivers installed

just go into the bios and set the boot device to the cd drom drive, save and reboot with the cd in the drive

You won't - if you choose the Repair option during Setup.

Boot from the W2K CD. If you can't boot from the CD, then you need to use the Setup Floppy disk set
At the "Welcome to Setup" section press R to begin the repair process
Specify whether you want to use automatic or manual and whether you want to use your ERD (Emergency Repair Disk)- if you have one

Are you using a full retail version W2K CD or a proprietary Recovery CD?
