Outlook Express
Can anyone tell me why I can't receive anything (attachments) through email. I am running win98se using outlook express6. I have never been able to open any attachment or anything through e-mail since I have built this new machine and loaded the OS. I am sure it's something simple but don't know where to look.

Check the Security Settings (Tools > Options > Security). Lower the security settings and uncheck the don't allow attachments that could be dangerous or some such.
